DevInsights conducted an impact assessment of the Mahindra Pride Programme, which aims to enhance employability among youth from socially and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The programme operates through Mahindra Pride Schools (MPS), offering intensive 90-day sector-specific training, and Mahindra Pride Classrooms (MPC), providing short-term modules on soft skills, communication, digital literacy, and interview readiness.

The study evaluated key outcomes related to skill development, placement rates, confidence building, and career progression. Amixed-method approach was used to assess programme effectiveness across multiple training centres and beneficiary groups.

DevInsights provided end-to-end evaluation support, including study design, data collection, analysis, and reporting. The findings highlighted strong placement outcomes—particularly high placement rates among MPS participants—and significant improvements in communication skills, confidence, and overall employability, demonstrating the programme’s impact on improving livelihood opportunities and standard of living among marginalised youth.
