DevInsights conducted an impact assessment of a CSR-supported intervention by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. at Mahindra Academy, Malad, aimed at ensuring institutional continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic.The grant supported key operational areas including staff salaries, infrastructure repair and maintenance, and uninterrupted functioning of the school during a period of financial and operational challenges.

The study adopted a qualitative approach, involving field visits and in-depth stakeholder consultations with school management and staff. The assessment examined the effectiveness of fund utilisation, operational continuity, and the role of financial support in sustaining educational services during the pandemic.

DevInsights provided end-to-end evaluation support, including study design, stakeholder engagement, data collection, and analysis. The findings highlighted the importance of timely financial interventions inmaintaining institutional resilience and ensuring continuity of education services during crisis situations.
