DevInsights conducted an impact assessment of a CSR grant provided by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. to Mahindra Academy, Malad, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The grant was aimed at ensuring institutional continuity by supporting staff salaries, repair and maintenance, and uninterrupted school operations during a period of financial and operational uncertainty.

The study adopted a qualitative research approach, involving field visits and in-depth interviews with school authorities and key stakeholders. A structured research framework and tools were developed to assess the effectiveness of the financial intervention and its role in sustaining school operations.

The findings highlighted the critical role of timely financial support in maintaining institutional resilience and ensuring continuity of education services during crisis situations.
