Ten Years of DevInsights

First, I would like to congratulate DevInsights and each team member who had been the part of these ten years. Off course to our CEO and Co-founder Paresh Kumar, right from the conception to its establishment. His mission and vision (To become a credible source of evidence creation for effective decision making in the social development sector, contributing to changing the lives of people. Secondly, an equally important mission is of creating leaders of tomorrow) are coming true. With his courage and conviction DI has successfully completed a Decade. The journey has been a roller coaster, filled with challenges, achievements, and many nostalgic moments.

Being a part of this organisation right from the beginning and having had the privilege of being one of its co-founders, I feel deeply grateful to the Almighty for giving me the opportunity to contribute to this mission. From starting in a single room with just two members to growing into a team of 25, the experience has been remarkable.

I would like to thank who joined us in the journey of making DevInsights, and the founding members Akshay Jain, Shikha Rana, & Shivangi Vishwakarma. Who were fresher in the professional field but with the belief in DI they are now a great achiever in their field wherever they are now. Not forgetting the contribution of our founding tech team member Rakesh Jaiswal who has been with us strengthened with his tech support. Rahul Jain and Komal Jain played most crucial role as our financial advisors. I would like mention one my most cherished team of 2020 to 2023, Rashi, Manika, Sakshi, Jithu, & Anish, they were with us in one the most challenging times i.e. of Covid but they stood by like pillars and it’s due this team were able to sail through where many big organizations sank.

Coming to present team they are live wire, promising and their strong camaraderie gives DI a new energy. I would like to thank all of you. Asmita, Shubhanshu, Mitali, Sanya, Manav, Veera, Nairita, Mohita, Chandan Srivastav, Chandan Sharma, Rameshwar Prasad, Rajesh Jha, Rozy, Parineeta, Harsh, Ankita, Rajkumar, Swarnalata and of course our Madhur Pal.

With all of you, I am confident that DI will reach new heights and continue its journey toward becoming a leading name in the MLE and research fraternity.
